Polyurethanes can be cast molded into solid parts or bonded to a variety of substrates. They are available in a wide range of hardnesses from 30A to 85D, and are available in many colors.

Maclan started in 1975 providing polyurethane linings for the aggregate mining industries.  We soon attracted the Amusement Industry for high speed, high load wheel applications and parts. The knowledge and experience gained goes into every part produced. Our expertise is in solving customers needs.

While we still supply the aggregate industry, our polyurethane focus has turned to being a leader in high quality high performance urethanes for all industries. Maclan continues to research, test and evaluate polyurethanes to provide our customers products they can depend on. Maclan refurbishes wheels so customers get the longest life out of their hubs, keeping maintenance at a minimum. No metal is machined off.

Aggregate Mining

Maclan started in 1975 providing urethane and rubber parts to Florida's huge phosphate industry. Chemical and abrasion resistant linings are our speciality.
